Why our scoring is different

FPL was built for a world of lineups and transfers. We built Remontada for drafting — where the shape of a player’s full contribution matters more than a single assist line.

Equal goal value, every position

FPL rewards forwards 4, mids 5, defenders 6. We reward 6 to everyone — a goal is a goal. Strikers stop being punished for doing their job.

Chance creation counts

Key passes, shots on target, completed dribbles and passes all score directly. In FPL, only the assist line moves; the rest is invisible.

Brace & hat-trick bonuses

Score two, get a bonus. Score three, get a bigger one. FPL caps the upside with a 3-point bonus pool split across three players — a lottery.

No bonus-points lottery

FPL adds 0–3 "bonus points" per match decided by an opaque BPS index. We score what happened on the pitch — nothing more, nothing less.
